Abstract
A systematic approach to day-to-day activities and reevaluation will lead to meaningful stress management and further avoidance. Prioritizing self-evaluation and care in general is important. Self-advocacy and learning how to say no will lead to a healthier lifestyle both in and out of the workplace for physicians in general.
