Oscillation criteria for forced second order differential equations with deviating arguments

Abstract

With a geometric idea, we obtain a set of new oscillation criteria for the forced second order differential equation x"(t) + q(t) f(x(τ1(t)),x' (τ2))) = g(t). Our results generalized and improve many oscillation criteria of the Kartsatos type for forced equations in the literature. An example is given to illustrate the application of our results.
