Abstract
To promote consistent thinking about nutrition, we gave the students thought-provoking, one-a-day nutrition questions throughout a 4-week gastroenterology course. The interactive and detailed feedback for each question also served as an education tool. The questions helped to increase competency in nutrition by enhancing learning and memory retention of concepts.
