Microscopic (collagenous) colitis

Abstract

We encountered two patients with microscopic colitis diagnosed by biopsies performed on the basis of barium enema findings. In both cases, the mucosa appeared normal at endoscopy. To our knowledge, these cases are the first published examples of the radiographic appearance of this entity.
