Abstract
Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) allows evaluation of the vascular system without ionizing radiation and if needed without contrast in patients with contraindications. Recent advances in MRA are discussed in this chapter for evaluation of vascular diseases, including technical developments, applications, artifacts, and novel contrast and noncontrast methods.
