N2 - Receptor-mediated pathways offer the ability to transport therapeutics across cellular monolayers that would otherwise block them. However, current characterization methods have been found to be inadequate in their ability to adequately describe the full benefit of these drug delivery systems. In this report, we describe a novel way to define their transport using receptor-ligand kinetic models.
