Abstract
We designed and implemented several active learning approaches at our medical school to stimulate student interest in nutrition and to help them feel more comfortable and competent in talking about nutrition. Positive feedback and overall engagement of students suggested that these approaches stimulated their interest in basic aspects of nutrition.
